We deliver to addresses within Sweden. A flat shipping fee of 45 kr applies to all delivery orders. Orders over 599 kr qualify for free shipping. For Meet & Buy orders, no shipping is required — pickup is arranged in the Uppsala area. Shipping times vary but are typically 2–5 business days.
We accept returns within 10 days of the payment date. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To request a return, contact us via Instagram DM. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Once we receive and verify the returned item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. We do not offer direct exchanges — please return the item and place a new order instead.
